The Core is made to order, so we don't offer a sleep trial. That said, the dual-sided design means you have two firmness options from day one — firm and medium — so you're never locked into one feel.

The Mattress
The firm side offers more resistance and support — ideal for back and stomach sleepers, or anyone who prefers a structured feel.
The medium side has more give, better suited for side sleepers or those who prefer a softer, contouring feel.
The dual-sided design means you're not locked into one choice.
A good rule of thumb: back or stomach sleepers do well on the firm side; side sleepers tend to prefer medium.

The Core is an 11-layer hybrid mattress, identical on both sides. Layers include an organic cover, memory foam, Exel Layer 2.2 foam, high density 1.8 foam, a separation pad, and a 789 pocket coil system with firmer edge coils for edge support. The same layers mirror on both sides — making it truly flippable.
With regular flipping, The Core is built to last well over a decade. The dual-sided construction distributes wear evenly across both sides, which is why we back it with a 2-year full warranty and a 10-year limited warranty.
Delivery
We deliver locally throughout New York and New Jersey.
Every Core is made to order. From the time you place your order, expect delivery within 1–2 weeks. We'll coordinate a delivery window directly with you.
Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your location within NY/NJ.
Yes — old mattress removal is available for an additional fee, which you can add at checkout or mention when we reach out to schedule delivery.
Returns & Warranty
Returns
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery on unused mattresses in original packaging, and are subject to a return delivery fee and restocking fee.
To initiate a return, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
The Core is covered by a 2-year full warranty and a 10-year limited warranty.
The full warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship for the first 2 years — we'll repair or replace your mattress at no cost.
The limited warranty covers structural defects including sagging beyond normal wear for up to 10 years from purchase.
